FAQ
How do I know which parallel I'm buying?
Every card page renders each parallel programmatically — border, foil, texture, print-run badge — and each set has a parallel gallery showing one card in every treatment. Numbered cards /99 and under always include a photo of the actual copy being sold.
What do the condition grades mean?
Sellers grade to the shared condition guide (NM / LP / MP / HP / DMG), including chrome-specific guidance for edge chipping and surface scratches on refractors. If a card arrives worse than graded, open a case from the order page.
How does shipping work?
Per seller: a plain white envelope rate for small low-value orders, a tracked bubble mailer above that, and usually free shipping over a store threshold. Cards from one seller combine into one shipment; the cart shows each store's progress toward free shipping.
What's a want list and the fewest-sellers plan?
Toggle Want on any checklist row, card page, or search result. On your wants page, the optimizer proposes how to fill the most wants from the fewest sellers — minimizing shipping — and loads the whole plan into your cart in one click.
A checklist is missing cards or has an error. Can I fix it?
Yes — that's how the catalog improves. Use "Report catalog error" on any card or set page (no account required). Applied corrections lock the field so future imports can't reintroduce the mistake, and the card shows a community-verified mark.
What does the partial-checklist badge mean?
It means we know the set's official size and our checklist isn't complete yet — e.g. "79 of 350 cataloged". We'd rather tell you that than pretend. Checklists grow through vendor imports and community reports.
What are the seller fees?
One flat platform fee plus payment processing at cost — no listing fees, no volume tiers. Full numbers and an honest comparison with eBay and Sportlots are on the fees page.
Are the card images official?
Card art comes from seller scans (credited to the store), admin uploads, or licensed vendor imports — provenance is recorded for every image, and cards without a trustworthy image use our clearly-styled placeholder art rather than someone else's hotlinked scan.
